FOCUS SESSIONS
These sessions are taught at an advanced level, designed to provide deeper knowledge of a specific focus. Class recordings will be uploaded within two weeks of the live course and available to all who support us with either the Support or Expand option.
VITICULTURE
In this Focus Session we will dive into the vineyard. Covering the life cycle of the vine, vine training methods, vine diseases, sustainable farming methods, and more. There are no prerequisites for this class, however, please note, it will be taught at an advanced level.
VINIFICATION
In this Focus Session we will get geeky with winemaking. Covering French terminology, techniques such as cold soaking, carbonic maceration, stem inclusion, extended maceration, micro-oxygenation, acidification, chaptalization, aging vessels, and more.
There are no prerequisites for this class, however, please note, it will be taught at an advanced level.
