THEORY OF

DEDUCTIVE TASTING

Blind tasting can be seen as a magic trick from the outside. From the inside, it is merely identifying key clues in a wine, then logically deducing what the wine could be from those clues. In this Sommelier Workshop, we will not be tasting, we will be discussing the theory behind tasting, along with how to implement that theory to become a better taster.
