ABOUT YOUR COACH
JESSICA WAUGH - NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFIED HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH (NBC-HWC)
2020 was a year of self-reflection for Jessica, allowing her to realize the importance of wellness and how difficult it was to prioritize and balance her health in the food and beverage industry. To aide in her fitness journey she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, which prompted her to focus more on her nutrition and become a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. Upon completing these certifications she was ready to fully immerse herself in health and wellness and started on her journey of becoming a Master Certified Health & Wellness coach. In 2022, Jessica passed her national board exam which is in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners. In 2023, one of Jessica's students inspired her to combine her two passions and create the coaching opportunities offered above.
