AGE RESTRICTIONS

This site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21.

JWaugh Education requires that users be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of purchase and certify date of birth upon payment.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Monthly subscriptions payments are final, and not applicable for a refund. Subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime in the users My Account feature.

Live Course cancellations for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, etc. are not applicable for a refund. Cancellations due to illness or medical emergencies are applicable for a full refund with a doctor’s note within the 7 days prior to the course date.

This website collects some personal data from its Users. Personal data includes information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing user's payment information, subscription registration, and providing users with invoices and/or order confirmations). We also use this information to communicate with users. We do not sell or share user's information with any third party that is outside of our routine Site operation.
